About a little company called The Good Jar
The Good Jar is all about delicious, all natural relishes, pickles and preserves. Each jar is hand-packed in small batches for maximum flavor and freshness.
Proprietor Eric Vierra has always had a passion for food and has been cooking, pickling and canning for friends and family for most of his life. Surrounded by a bounty of local and organic produce in Colorado, he decided the time was right to launch The Good Jar in 2014. Eric continues to add new products regularly with old family recipes as well as new creations inspired by seasonal produce.
Fresh, quality ingredients are the “secret sauce”.
The Good Jar works with local Colorado farms including Rock Family Farms, High Altitude Rhubarb, Petrocco Farms, Kiowa Valley Organics, Blue Sky Farm and more to source the best fruits, vegetables and herbs. The end result is a delicious topping for a brat or burger, the perfect garnish for a bloody mary or a sweet complement to a savory sandwich.
